Ingredients for Kåltimbala

0.5dlWater
1canToma puree (approx. 100-140 gr.)
1000gAverage cabbage (or Chinese cabbage)
2Onion
2Leeks
3dlSolve rice
4tbspSoy sauce
40g4 tablespoons margarine or cooking oil
600gGround beef (or other meat)
8dlBouillon (possibly cube)

Instructions for Kåltimbala

To prepare the Kåltimbala recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the onion and leeks. Brown it in about half of the fat in a pan. Add the rice and it diced meat and Brown the meat has changed color. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. Brown cabbage in the rest of the FAT to the looks a little blank out. If necessary, add a little more fat. Mix the rice and add the soy sauce and pepper kødblanding i.. Add the Bouillon. Pour the mixture into a large heat-proof platter, or a small roasting pan, and smooth it out at the top. Mix water and tomato puree and favor it over the Court. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 3/4 hour. Wholemeal bread can be eaten.

Tips:
Can be varied in many ways. for example. with Marjoram Basil or garlic. With tomato slices on top instead of puree. With no browned cabbage and uncooked rice. Buy average cabbage if it should go quickly. We think it tastes best when we're doing it as the recipe and one does not have to be strict about weights and measures either up or down. There just needs to be customize Bouillon. The Court must be wet without sailing.
