Masala spice
Palm oil or other oil

1kgMixed vegetables (cabbage, hokaido. URf.eks, Eggplant and bitter green tomatoes)
1Bouillon cube
1kgCous-cous
1canPeeled chopped tomatoes
1Onion
1canTomato puree
250gEntire-leaved frozen spinach
250gStockfish
250gLamb URu.ben

Instructions for Jollof rice - red rice

To prepare the Jollof rice - red rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chicken and lamb pieces are wrapped in palm oil with onions, peeled chopped tomatoes and chili. Add tomato paste and simmer for 1/2 hour.

Then brothel, masala spice, steak and bay leaves are added, and the dishes simulate for another hour.

Now add green tomatoes and eggplants divided into quarters, as well as the rest of the vegetables and let them boil for approx. 20 min.

Bring meat, fish and vegetables and add rice to the water for approx. 2 hours m. Lay on.
