To prepare the Italian Snail Recipe recipe, please follow these instructions:
The layers are poured from the snails. Garlic and chopsticks are peeled and sliced in olive oil in a saucepan. The tomatoes are chopped roughly and added with tomato paste, chopped parsley and sage leaves, after which it is boiled a quarter. Then add the snails and cook further for 5 to 10 minutes. After which everything is leveled with the maize frame. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving: Snails are served directly from the pot.
