To prepare the Italian Porchetta recipe, please follow these instructions:
You buy the swine from a butcher, if you get him to scratch it.
You spice the inside well with salt and pepper and then spread the chopped herbs above all, if you choose to have ham within, this must be added now.
Then roll and twist the pig together, rub it with olive oil and well with salt.
Put it on a rotating grill over approx. 3 hours and then you have a delicious nice Italian rollercoaster, with crisp hard all around.
tips:
Add a little smoke after about 1 1/2 hour. Served only with good bread and a good salad. Or as last with oven baked root vegetables and wiskey sauce.
