The apples are cut in quarters and the core housing is removed. The apples are roughly peeled with peel.
Margarine and sugar are well-stirred. The eggs are stirred at one time. Flour, baking powder and apples are turned in. The dough comes in a greased spring form.
Bake about 1 hour at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
Serve lunchtime with cream fraiche or whipped cream
