175 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
2.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
300 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Irish whole wheat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix whole wheat flour and wheat flour in a bowl of soda, baking soda and salt. Make a dug in the middle and put the buttermilk in. Eaten the dough well together. Pour the dough into a round flat bowl and put it on baking paper on a plate, cut a spoon in the bread and bag it at 225 degrees for approx. 30 min.
tips:
As the bread does not rise, it is quick to make. The bread tastes best freshly baked.
