480 | g | Mixed pickled fruits drained weight (fruit cocktail) |

Instructions for Icesurprice
To prepare the Icesurprice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut out the layers of cake to fit a refractory dish.
Put the dripped fruit over the layers of cake and cut the ice and put it on top of the fruit.
Whip egg whites and sugar VERY pin. Benefit the marble mass over the ice. Make sure there are no holes in the ice, decorate with a little marble pulp sprayed with a stardust needle.
The dish is put in the freezer when the marrow has got a little crust it can be filmed. This can be advantageously made the day in advance.
The oven is heated to 250 degrees C. Alm. oven. Take the ice out of the freezer and put the dish in the oven until the marble mix starts to turn golden, then the dessert is finished 5-10 minutes.
Must be served.
