Instructions for Icelandic layer cake II

To prepare the Icelandic layer cake II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bottom: beat the egg whites until stiff – add the icing sugar and coconut flakes. Bake in springform at 175 degrees c. alm. oven for about 45 min.

Cream: all ingredients stirred together and made on the stove on low heat. Stir in the cream to make it get an even consistency.

The cream lubricated on the cooled bottom and the cake made on ice like 2 to 3 hours before serving.

Before the cake is served covered it with whipped cream.
