To prepare the Ice cream with chocolate pieces without sugar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start to whip the cream. When it is beaten half finished, then you add the white stevia. The søder quite hilariously, and too much will totally ruining the ice, so start with a knife tip and whip it around. Keep adding a pinch at a time until the cream is sweet enough. Add the egg yolks and chocolate and whisk the mixture until it is finished. I use a 86% chocolate, as it is less unhealthy, but decide what kind of in will use. Put in the freezer a 2-3 hours. You can also get 1-2 dl crushed crackers in the ice before the freeze ... tastes insanely good.
Tips:
White stevia is available in health stores or on the Web. Just remember to make sure that it is the white and not the Green! The white stevia is sweeter and has no aftertaste of plants. Stevia is by the way the only sweetener that is decidedly healthy, so I recommend everyone to try it.
