100gCold unsalted butter
200gGood dark chocolate
50gGood nougat

Instructions for Ice cream-chocolate

To prepare the Ice cream-chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Add nougaten, and stir around a bit, it's all melted. Pour the mass of the ice cube molds (may be of silicone) Sprinkle with vermicelli after approx. 1 minute of cooling (it stiffens quickly) store it in the refrigerator, in a firmly sealed bottle/box. Can keep in max a week!

Tips:
You can also try to put fruit in them, just when they are poured into the molds! P.s. they melt VERY quickly!
