Ingredients for Hveder

1Eggs
1tspSalt
1.5tspSugar
2.5dlWater
50gYeast
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Hveder

To prepare the Hveder recipe, please follow these instructions:

Warm water easily and stir the yeast out. Mix together beaten eggs, flour, salt and sugar in yeast and knead the dough well through væden. Let it raise lunt and exposed to double size-approximately 30 minutes.

Work the dough through again and share it in 12 buns. Place them in a roasting pan and let them raise in 20 minutes.

Brush the buns with milk or water.
Bake for 25 minutes at 225 degrees c. alm. oven.

Split and after Bake 10 minutes at 250 degrees c. alm. oven.
