To prepare the Hungarian potato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Arrow and chop the onions.

Sauté the onions in the oil without taking the color. Add the potatoes and paprika, stirring. Pour the water on so the potatoes are covered. Let the potatoes simmer for ½ hour.

Stir flour into cream fraichen and pipe it into the soup. Give the soup a rehash. Season with salt.
