Instructions for Hsing-jen-ping (kinisisk Almond Cake)
To prepare the Hsing-jen-ping (kinisisk Almond Cake) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Processed: Stir sugar and fat together until it becomes light and fluffy. The eggs came in one at a time and stir well. Add almond extract and so much yellow food coloring to the dough becomes Golden. Sift flour, baking powder and fine salt in the dough and assemble it. Share it in two parts and form two rolls of approx. 30 cm length and 4 cm wide. Put them wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Baking: heat oven up at 200 degrees (C). cut dough into ½ cm thick slices on the bias. Put them on a baking sheet and press usmurt ½ almond in the center of each. Brush them with beaten egg and behind them ca. 10 minutes until they are golden brown. Put the baked cake to cool on a wire rack.
