200 | g | Radishes into small cubes |
3/4 | tsp | Coarse salt |
400 | g | Cucumber into small cubes |

Radish salad: Mix the radish and cucumber with chives.
Kvarkdressing: Gently turn quark and cream fry together with salt and pepper. Put the dressing covered in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour. Taste like
Hornfish: Cut the fins of the hornfish and remove any bones. Rinse and dry the fish and divide them into 3-4 pieces (12 pieces in total). Sprinkle the meat side with salt, pepper and chives. Fold the fish pieces and put them on a plate of baking paper. Hold each piece of fish together with a toothpick. Steam the fish in the middle of the oven.
