Instructions for Horn with rhubarb stuffing
To prepare the Horn with rhubarb stuffing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Puff pastry: Findel fat in the flour and add the buttermilk. Knead the dough together. Let it rest for at least half an hour before it is rolled out. Cut the dough into 8 triangles.
Mix the rhubarb with sugar and potato flour. Advantage slightly on each triangle together with marzipan. Scroll together from the wide end. Brush with egg and sprinkle with tesukker and almonds or nuts.
Behind in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees c. alm. oven in 10-12 minutes.
Tips:
Instead of homemade puff pastry can be used finished purchased puff pastry.
