Instructions for Hong Shao Rou (Chinese Casserole with cooking pork)
To prepare the Hong Shao Rou (Chinese Casserole with cooking pork) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mushrooms softened in 2 hours (or overnight). Or boil in 5-10 minutes. The stem is cut off and the mushrooms thoroughly rinsed in cold water.
