The tonsils are blended into flour in a mixer or run through almond grinder and then people seem to be perfectly fine in a mortar. Almonds and honey in a bowl placed over a saucepan of boiling water until the honey will be soft. Rose water is stirred in and the mass must then dryish 24 hours, covered at room temperature.
