1 | tsp | Ginger |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | pinch | Salt |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tbsp | Melted butter |
4 | tbsp | Honey |
4 | tbsp | Dark brown sugar |
4 | tbsp | Syrup |
50 | g | Raisins |
50 | g | Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Honey harvester with nuts
To prepare the Honey harvester with nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the flour, spices and baking soda together in a bowl. Stir in melted butter with honey, syrup and brown sugar and stir it into the flour. Add the raisins and the beaten egg and milk. Beat the dough vigorously with a wooden spoon until it is smooth and supple. Wide dough out into a small, greased baking pan or dish and Sprinkle chopped Walnut kernels.
Baking time: approx. 30 min. on Middle rib at 175-180 degrees C.
Let the cake cool off before it is cut into square pieces.
