Instructions for Homemade soy milk
To prepare the Homemade soy milk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let ½ l. water boil up, add 100 g. soy beans and boil them for 1 minute. Take the Pan from the heat, cover it and let the beans soak overnight stand.
Term the beans and rinse them well. Com 1 cup-full beans in the Blender, add ½ l. hot water and purer it until it is evenly. Pour the contents through a clean Tea towel or piece of cheesecloth and squeeze væden from, the remaining mass can be used in various dishes. Repeat this process for all the beans are used.
Let the soy milk, simmer over lowest possible heat for 15-20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Milk can also be added pure vanilleessens or sweetener.
