To prepare the Homemade ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ice:
Stir the egg yolks, flour and vanilla well. Whip the cream and gently turn it in. Pour the mass into a refractory form and put it in deep freezer (at least 4 hours). Stir a few times in the ice before it stiffens.

Marengslåg: Whip egg whites stiff with sugar. Distribute marengsdej over the frozen ice as a lid. Make sure the lid covers the ice completely. Behind the dessert at the bottom of the oven for approx. 4-5 min in a 250 degree preheated oven. The surface must be golden.
