Instructions for Herring salad (diabetes)
To prepare the Herring salad (diabetes) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soured milk product is poured into a coffee filter.
The whey stands and runs from in ca. 45 min. The now solid milk mass that is in the coffee filter, flips over in a bowl.
Sildefileten wipe with paper towel and cut into approximately ½ cm thick strips.
Them and the Apple cut into small cubes.
The filling is added and the salad season with salt and white pepper.
