To prepare the Hellefish salmon with orange recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whole fish dissolve, season with salt and white pepper and steam in water or white wine. The fish is cooled and divided into smaller pieces. The avocados are divided, the stones are removed and the meat is carefully taken out of the shells (the shells are stored for serving). The meat is cut into cubes and driped with orange juice. The avocados, fish meat, spicy spinach and orange fillets are carefully mixed and filled in the avocado shells.
Dressing: The ingredients of the dressing are whipped together and kept cold. The avocado shells are dressed with dressing, crispy bacon slices and fresh dill.
