125 | g | Soft butter |
135 | g | Cane sugar |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Good white chocolate |
Instructions for Heavenly cookies
To prepare the Heavenly cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on at 200 degrees.
Chop the two slgs chocolate very rough. Crack vanillie Rod lengthwise and scrape the grains out. Stir in butter, sugar and vanillie well. Add the eggs and salt, and stir well. Sift flour and baking powder in the dough, and turn it in along with the chocolate. Portion dough into 18 pieces, and roll it into balls. Place them on a baking sheet with good distance in between, since they float out. Press them lightly flatten.
Behind the cakes in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes until edges are light brown.
