1Eggs
1Small onions
1Medium-size carrot
1tspSalt
1tspBlack pepper
1canTuna in water
2tbspNaturel or Greek yogurt

Instructions for Healthy Tuna Frogs

To prepare the Healthy Tuna Frogs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tear the carrots on the grater, on the smallest size. Chop the bulbs in very small pieces / possibly chopping machine. Mix it all together with the rest of the ingredients. Wait for 15 min. Now you can shape them as meatballs.

NOTE: It must be a soft and wet mass but you must be able to collect them. If not they can be collected, maybe a little rasp or more oatmeal in.
