Ingredients for Hawaii chicken

Chilli powder
A good handful of desiccated coconut
Curry
Pepper
Juice from ananassen
Salt
1cannedPineapple, possibly. 1 half fresh pineapple
1Orange
1Chicken
1Great frisktpresset tablespoons lemon juice
100-150gMushrooms
1-2tbspHoney
2Leeks or big onion

Instructions for Hawaii chicken

To prepare the Hawaii chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the pineapple into pieces, approx. 1x1 cm and put them in a suitable, well-baked refractory dish. Save the juice. Cut out leeks and mushrooms and spread them in the dish, sprinkle with coconut flour.

The orange is squeezed and you can enjoy fruit. Add orange, lemon and pineapple juice to a saucepan and add honey, curry, chilli and salt and pepper to taste. Then pour the juice into the dish.

Clean the chicken and divide it into suitable pieces. Rub each piece with a little salt and sprinkle with curry. Put chicken on fruits and vegetables in the dish.

Step in the oven at approx. 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for one hour.

Server with loose rice and red wine, fruit juice or beer.
