Instructions for Hasselnøddetærte 02
To prepare the Hasselnøddetærte 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter dough: All ingredients are mixed and left cold approx. 20 min.
The dough is rolled out so that it can lay in a large round ovenproof form.
Mazarin stock: Sugar and marcipan mixed. Butter is added. The eggs are added one at a time with stirring. The mass is distributed in the mold on the top of the mortar.
The bottom is baked at 200 * for approx. 15 - 17 min.
Nutmeg: All the ingredients except the hazelnuts are placed in a pan and cooked by steady heat for approx. 3 mim. Add the nuts and cook another 2 min.
Once the nut mass has cooled, it becomes smearable. The mass is lubricated on the finished cooled bottom and baked for 10 min at 200 *
