Instructions for Hamke Piroger
To prepare the Hamke Piroger recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk lunes and the yeast is crumbled. Margarine is crumbled in the flour. Milk, salt and egg are added and the dough is kneaded together. The dough is raised for a slight spot for ¾ hours.
The ham and egg are chopped and stirred together with the rest of the filling.
The dough is thrown down and divided into two. Roll out thinly and cut out after a plate of 12-15 cm. In diameter.
