Ingredients for Ham / Cheese bowls

1 | pinch | Salt |
2.5 | dl | Water |
200 | g | Ham into strips |
45 | g | Margarine |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Cheese (pizza cheese) |
50 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Ham / Cheese bowls
To prepare the Ham / Cheese bowls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour lukewarm water, yeast and eggs into a bowl. Stir it together. Here after stirring sugar, salt and magarine in (I use oil magarine) and then put in ham and cheese.
Then you get the meal in and it's pelted together.
The dough must be slightly soft and hang in your fingers. Deep your fingers in flour and let it slip.
Heated for 20 min. In a lump of cloth over.
Then divide into 13 equal pieces, shaped into round buns. (Fold the dough underneath to form a bottom and the surface becomes slippery). Raise again for 20 minutes. With a cloth over.
Brush (or by hand) in cold milk all over the sides too, gently. Bake 15 - 20 min at 180 degrees hot air. 200 degrees alm. oven.
