Instructions for Hajbøffer
To prepare the Hajbøffer recipe, please follow these instructions:
Hajbøfferne rinsed and fried in butter about 3 min. on each side.
Served a white wine sauce that is made as follows: Leeks cut into thin rings. The carrots cut into small pieces and FRY in butter. Add the white wine. This cooker for all white wine is almost evaporated. Whipping cream is added, and the sauce is boiling on in about 1 hour. The vegetables are cooked.
Served on the plate with cooked vegetables. 1 bouquet broccoli, 2 small new carrots with top, 2 large butter fried mushrooms, 2 small baby corn. The sauce is on the plate, and the rest is served on the side of Bowl.
