Instructions for Gullash with mashed potatoes and sour
To prepare the Gullash with mashed potatoes and sour recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is cut into cubes of approx. 2 x 2 cm. The Onion cut into coarse cubes. Melt the butter in a pan, Brown meat and onion in it.
Add carrots into coarse cubes, tomato paste, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour the water on so it covers. Bring the pot to a boil and some gruel is right for meat is tender, 1-1 ½ hours.
Pipe a melbolle of butter and flour and add a little at a time to the sauce is razed. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook right through.
