300 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Grove pita bread
To prepare the Grove pita bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into warm water. Add salt and flour. Knead the dough thoroughly. Set the dough to uplift with a cloth for about 45 minutes.
Turn on 250 degrees c. alm. oven.
Beat the dough down and divide it into 10-12 pieces. Roll each piece of dough with a rolling pin to it has a size of a saucer. Place them on a roasting pan on a piece of wax paper and let them after raising in approximately 10 minutes.
Bake loaves in the middle of the oven for 6-8 minutes.
