Ingredients for Grove burgerboller

1 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Coarse salt |
200 | g | Cheasy cottage cheese naturel 1.5% |
200 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Butter |
3 | dl | Skimmed milk |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Grove burgerboller
To prepare the Grove burgerboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir the yeast out. Add the remaining ingredients (hold some wheat flour back). Beat the dough well together. Cover the bowl with, for example, a lid and style the dough to raise a loose place for approx. 45 min.
Take the dough out on a crispy plate and knead it well.
Add if necessary. The rest of the flour (maybe you need more flour, the dough must drop your fingers).
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape them into buns. Bank the balls flat (about 10 cm in diameter). Place them on 2 plates of baking paper and leave them covered in approx. 15 min.
Brush with spicy eggs and decorate with sesame seeds. Behind the burger balls in the middle of the oven.
baking time:
Put the first plate of burger buns into a cold oven. Set to 225 degrees C. alm. Oven and bag for approx. 20 min. Then bag the other plate for approx. 15 min. Turn the oven off and leave the cups standing after the heat for approx. 5 min.
