125 | g | 5-grain mix |
300 | g | Carrots |
4 | dl | Water |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
70 | g | Flax seed |
75 | g | Sunflower kernels |

To prepare the Grovboller, delicious and low-fat recipe, please follow these instructions:
5-kornsblanding, flaxseed and bran in a bowl and pour over with 4 cups boiling water. Stand covered for 2 hours.
Yeast, A-38, sugar, salt, finely grated carrots and sunflower seeds are added. Mix well. Add the flour and the dough just drop to the bowl and ælets fingers. Raises the uncovered 1 hour.
The dough is shaped into buns that after raising covered on baking sheet for 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C alm. oven for about 20 minutes, or until they sound hollow when banks them at the bottom.
