Instructions for Grissini
To prepare the Grissini recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix dry yeast with 1¼ dl lukewarm water. In another bowl, flour and salt are mixed. Add yeast mixture and the rest of the water. Add the olive oil. The dough was kneaded by hand or with a machine with a dough hook. Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a household film and let it rise for one hour until the dough has a double size. Eel it a little and roll it out into rods. Lay the rods on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. They brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. They must adhere for 6-8 minutes. Bake bread bars at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. They can stay for a few days in an airtight can or eat immediately.
