To prepare the Grilled marinated foie gras with coleslaw recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir all the ingredients of marinade together.

Boil the bowls in water with bay leaves, salt and pepper corn for approx. 1.5-2 hours until they are well tender. The water must cover the legs and the pan is skimbed off.

Let the legs dripping well and put them in a dish. Pour marinade over. The legs should be in the fridge and pull for approx. 2 hours.

Brush the bowls with oil and cook them on a hot grill for 5-8 minutes. on every side. Brush often with marinade.
