Instructions for Grilled Mackerel
To prepare the Grilled Mackerel recipe, please follow these instructions:
RIDs the mackerel all the way down. Not as deep, but all the way over.
Style a frying pan on the stove and got a good dollop of butter. Add spices, sugar and vinegar and stir it well. Let the butter melt together with the spices.
Put the mackerel in sauce and turn them once so there also comes the sauce into the fish.
Take the mackerel up again and put them on a baking sheet and let them grill to 250 degrees (C) they are finished in the middle of the oven about 7 min on each side.
Server a salad of sliced tomatoes, løgskiver, mint and a little lemon juice.
