To prepare the Grilled halibut recipe, please follow these instructions:

The halibut is laid in a fireproof dish. Pour lemon juice over. Bring salt and pepper on. Must pull approx. 20 min.

Shovel smoothly. Stir in butter until ready. Cool. Toast is poured into a bowl. Add butter, chives, salt and pepper. This is mixed into a solid mass lubricated on the halibut. Grilles for approx. 10 - 15 min.

Served with new potatoes, peas and Dutch salad sauce.
