Ingredients for Greek meat sauce
1 | cube | Broth |
1 | canned | Peeled tomatoes |
1 | reef | Nutmeg |
1 | tbsp | Oregano |
1 | tbsp | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 | l | Water |
150 | g | Bacon |
2 | tbsp | Concentrated tomato puree |
2 | large | Onion |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
4 | clove | Garlic |
500 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Greek meat sauce
To prepare the Greek meat sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and garlic nicely. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a thickened pot. Season the onions and garlic until they are golden. Add the bacon and let it fry slightly.
Add the chopped beef and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add the other ingredients.
Let the simmer simmer for 1 hour. Taste the right with salt and stale cinnamon.
Served with spaghetti and plenty of fried cheese.
