To prepare the Gratinerede karbonader recipe, please follow these instructions:

The meat is shaped into four steaks, pressing a little flat. The steaks FRY for a few mins in butter, seasoned with salt and pepper and place in a heat-proof platter. The tomatoes cut into slices and spread over the steaks. Onion and garlic chopped and sprinkled over. Put a slice of cheese on each steak. The dish is put at the top in a hot oven until cheese is melted and taken a little color. Serve with a bowl of salad and warm baguettes.
