Ingredients for Gratin with cherry and nougat

2 | dl | Coffee cream |
20 | g | Brown sugar |
Instructions for Gratin with cherry and nougat
To prepare the Gratin with cherry and nougat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cream: Bring the coffee (save a little), sugar and nescafe into a pan and boil it up. Stir in a bowl the rest of the coffee, egg yolks (save the whites) and the potato flour together. Add the hot cream to the egg yolks with light whipping. Pour it all back into the pan and heat it to boiling point with constant stirring until it forms a cream. Let the cream boil safely for a short while. Pour the cream back into the bowl through a sieve and cool it. Sprinkle the cherries and cut them into coarse tern. Tear the nougat onto a grater. Make sure the nougat is very cold. Put the heat on the grill .; Whip about 1 egg white stiff. Turn the egg white into the cream to make it light and airy. Also, turn the cherry and nougat into the cream and put it into two small fry bowls or the like that can stand under the grill. Sprinkle a nice layer of icing sugar through a sieve over the cream and style the bowls in a steel tray. Fill ice cubes and cold water in the steel tray. So gratin the cream in iced water under the grill and serve the dessert cold with a hot, gratinated top.
