Ingredients for Grandma's apple pie

Instructions for Grandma's apple pie
To prepare the Grandma's apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the dough together and divide it into 2 equal parts pressed flat by hand. Then set for 1 hour with transparent film between layers.
Meanwhile, the apples are peeled and divided into 2 half-carcasses.
Then cut them into thin slices of 2-3 mm and turn into lemon juice. In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients into the filling before turning it with the apples.
On a floured table, roll out one dough plate so that it is slightly larger than your greased pie. Put it in shape and benefit the filling evenly at the bottom. Then roll the other dough out and place it on top of the filling. When the lid has come on, close the edges carefully with your fingers. Cut 4 wide cuts into the lid so that the steam can come out. Brush with water and sprinkle with cane sugar.
Bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
