Instructions for Grandma Roulade
To prepare the Grandma Roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, sugar and vanilla corn are whipped to white foam for approx. 5 min.
Milk, potato flour and baking pies are sifted and gently rotated in the egg mass.
The dough is poured onto a frying pan with baking pan and divided into a similarly thick layer.
Behind the cake 7 min. At 180 degrees in the middle of the oven.
The cake must be light and not brown.
When the cake is finished, put it on the head of a new piece of baking paper stretched with a teaspoon sure.
40 g of chocolate melt over water bath and cool lightly while whipping the whip cream until it is completely solid and get a light yellow color.
Pour the melted chocolate into the cream and stir it together.
The chopped chocolate pieces are turned into the pulp.
The cream is lubricated on the cooled cake and it is rolled tightly to a roulade.
Put the roulade with the edge at the bottom.
The cake may advantageously take a couple of hours to cool.
