To prepare the Grand Marnier pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead the Grand Marnier in marcipanen and part it in pieces. Mandarinerne wash thoroughly in cold water, dry them. Share them in half and cut them into thin slices. Sprinkle half of sugar on a piece of wax paper and put mandarin pieces in the sugar. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar over and let them dry in a warm dry place, preferably overnight. Melt the coating, dip marcipanen herein and style them on a piece of wax paper. Decorate with mandarin pieces before overrunning stiffens.
