1 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 | Carrot (100 g) | |
1 | Potato (100 g) | |
1 | dl | Milk |
1 | Parsnips parsley root or (200 g) | |
1 | Sour Apple (150 g) | |
2 | Eggs | |
200 | g | Jerusalem artichokes (or celery if you prefer) |
Instructions for Grøntsagspostej
To prepare the Grøntsagspostej recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle earthquakes, gold root, potato, pasta and apple roughly.
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Season the vegetables in oil.
Stir bulgur and milk in and boil for a few minutes.
Cool it a little.
Stir the eggs in one at a time.
Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour it into a form lined with baking paper.
Place the oven in one of the middle ribs for about 40 minutes.
Served as accessories for smoked meat, fish or meatballs, or as a breakfast dish.
