Instructions for Good grovboller
To prepare the Good grovboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast stirred into a lukewarm water. Sugar, salt and oil stirred in. Durumhvedemelen el; grahamsmelen touched in. Then takes you a little wheat flour at a time. And so much flour that you end up with an airy and nice dough. Not too dry and heavy. Knead well and long (approximately 4-5 minutes) the dough raises under the dress in 20 minutes (el.jo the longer the better).
Then the dough is beaten down and shaped into buns, and placed on a baking sheet with wax paper. Here after raising dough balls min. 20 minutes.
Brush with the beaten egg. And bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Tips:
Whole wheat flour can be used instead of oatmeal. However, please note that it sucks much fluid, so the dough balls can be heavy, if you get too much of. Is also super good if you put grated cheese on top before they bake. Suitable also for bread in the form.
