Gluten-free flour (red finax or schär bread mix) or buckwheat flour | ||
1 | Handful of gluten free oatmeal | |
1 | Handful of millet flakes | |
1 | Handful of cornmeal | |
1 | tsp | Salt |
10-15 | g | Yeast |
4 | dl | Cold water |

To prepare the Gluten-free morning buns - cold-raised recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in the cold water. Add salt and possibly. sugar. It all mixes with a fork or spoon. Oatmeal, corn flour and millet flour are mixed in. Add gluten-free flour a bit at a time until the dough is well-stirred and still well-glued. The dough is put in the refrigerator with a film over or a wet dish over the night. 8-24 hours.
With two spoons, put on baking paper on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 min. In a 200 degree hot oven.
tips:
It's my own recipe - and they are well recommended ... :-) And then they are easy because you can cook the dough in the evening and only have to bake them the next morning - but make sure the bowl is large as it Raises some depending on how long it is in the fridge of course!
