Ingredients for Gingerbread with ginger

200 | g | Mushroom |
2-3 | tsp | Freshly grated ginger |

Instructions for Gingerbread with ginger
To prepare the Gingerbread with ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the kangaroo fillets into the tern - pour oil, ginger, chopped fresh coriander, dry sherry and raisins over the meat - let it take a couple of hours in the refrigerator and flip over at regular intervals.
Bring the meat and brown it in a pot of mushrooms in slices and leaf celery in the tern. Pour the layer over and cook. Season with salt and pepper and serve with loose rice
