Instructions for Ginger juice
To prepare the Ginger juice recipe, please follow these instructions:
1) The ginger is peeled and cut into thin slices
2) Add the water 1 kg of sugar to boil and boil for 10-15 minutes.
3) The lemons are washed and cut into slices (thin)
4) The citric acid, the rest of the sugar and the lemon slices are poured into the pan and all of it is taken from the heat.
5) After cooling, place the pot in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
6) The juice is sown through a piece of juice and ready for storage.
Some use atamon and bottles, we use ice cubes and in the freezer. One liter turns into 4-5 liters of finished juice.
