Instructions for Gilled cod with pineapple
To prepare the Gilled cod with pineapple recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix a marinade of lemon juice, grated lemon peel, oil and curry in a plastic bag. Cut the fish into suitable pieces, lay the fish pieces in the marinade and marinate it for approx. 20 min. Peel the pineapple and cut it through for approx. 1.5 cm thick printer. Put the printers in a bag, add brown darling and marinate the pineapple printers for approx. 10 min. Pour the pineapple slices and pour the liquid into the bag of the fish. Grill the pineapple slices until they are hot and take them off the grill and place them a serving dish where they are kept warm. Take the fish out of marinade and grill them until they are fried - approx. 3-4 min. On each side, season with salt and pepper. The grilled fish is cut with the hot pineapple.
