Ingredients for Garlic sauce
EVS. extra mushrooms into thin slices as stuffing | ||
1 | Cube beef or chicken stock | |
100 | g | White mushrooms |
12 | clove | Garlic (about 50 g) |
2 1/2 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Garlic sauce
To prepare the Garlic sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the garlic cloves, cut them through and put them in a pan of approx. 1/2 liter of water. Let the water boil and pour it off.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Bring milk, mushrooms, garlic and broth in a stainless or enameled pot (for the sake of color) and let it spin at low heat for approx. 20 minutes under cover.
Blend the sauce and heat it before serving. Add if necessary. Thin slices of 3-4 mushrooms when the sauce is warmed through.
Application:
Chop steak, beef steak, fried chicken or turkey.
